Off the Hook Arts Festival

Now in its eighth year, the Off the Hook Arts Festival, founded by executive director Jephta Bernstein and artistic director Bruce Adolphe, presents unique and diverse events through the performance of classical music, jazz, and world music in collaboration with scientists, visual artists, and creative thinkers in many fields. Every OtH Arts season, Bruce Adolphe designs the festival around a theme that encompasses the arts and sciences. The theme for the summer festival 2018 is Perception, Deception, Illusion, Confusion and the festival will bring together musicians, a magician, a comedy writer, neuroscientists, psychologists, two photographers, and a painter. Past themes have included: Climate Change; Human Rights; and Creativity. The festival is based in Fort Collins Colorado, with events in both Fort Collins and Boulder.
